
All lanes of W. Broad Street have reopened following a serious crash involving a pedestrian and a Henrico County vehicle, according to Henrico Police.
Preliminary findings, including witness accounts, indicate a county employee driving eastbound struck an adult male pedestrian in the roadway just east of the intersection. The pedestrian was transported to a local hospital with life-threatening injuries.
Henrico Police crash investigators are continuing to examine the circumstances surrounding the incident.
