Henrico Police is seeking the public’s help with locating a missing runaway juvenile out of the Three Chopt Magisterial District.
On Saturday, May 9, 2026, around 5:25 a.m., Henrico Police responded to the 9600 block of Greenmeadow Circle for the report of a missing juvenile. Once on scene, officers spoke with the caller who advised them Tessa-Leigh Grace Fletcher, 17, of Henrico, had run away sometime overnight. Witnesses reported seeing Ms. Fletcher around noon on May 9 in the 4000 block of Cox Road. She may have also been seen in the 2900 block of Richmond Highway (City of Richmond) and in that surrounding area. Her family has concerns for her wellbeing.
Ms. Fletcher is described as a white female, 5’3”, 125 lbs, with black/brown hair, green eyes, and a tattoo on her left wrist. She was last seen on May 9 wearing grey sweatpants, a black hooded sweatshirt, and a green military-looking bookbag. She is known to frequent Mosby Court (City of Richmond), St. Luke Apartments (Henrico County) and Southwood Apartments (City of Richmond).
